Mr. James T Osugi “KIKO Technology’s Founder” after graduating with Dean’s honors from California State University as a mechanical engineer followed his three older siblings and joined the NASA “Man to Moon” project in 1969 – all have invented history changing systems that are still used in everyday life.
Mr. Osugi participated in the second–stage propulsion unit for NASA, co-authorizing two patents on cryogenic hydrogen and cryogenic oxygen – the very molecules contained in water Adopting an application of Physics called “Phonon Molecular theory”, he invented the “Kinetic Energy Delivery System - KEDS “ that delivers highly energized water upon immediate contact.

Installed into four YORK HVAC Chiller& Condenser towers 1st June 2011.
Inspected by hotels engineers nine months later on 2nd March 2012.
No scale or rust forming on the inner surfaces of all tubes, piping & cooling tower basins.
KIKO lowered the Condenser‘s Refrigerant Approach Temperature (RAT) from 5.5 C to 1.0 C, saving over 4% on energy costs.
Chemical Cleaning was totally eliminated.

Following KEDS installation the AHU filter fouled with thick accumulated residues on the evaporator/chiller side. There was NO hard scale on its inner surface. All residues appeared as soft brown powder which can be easily flushed out by water. The heavy scale deposits were removed, reflecting 7 years of accumulation since the hotel was opened in 2003.
